Demi Remick

Demi Remick is a NYC-based tap dancer, choreographer, and teacher. Demi has toured worldwide with Postmodern Jukebox and has acquired over 5 million views on her Super Mario Tap Medley YouTube video. She has danced for Dorrance Dance, Caleb Teicher, Jason Samuels Smith, Derek Deane, and alongside the American Ballet Theatre and New York City Ballet principal dancers.

 

She has performed in cabaret shows for Dita Von Teese, Spiegelworld, Quixotic Fusion, Company XIV, and Angie Pontani/Brian Newman. She has performed at venues such as The Sydney Opera House, The London Palladium, Lincoln Center, Radio City Music Hall, The Kennedy Center, and Royal Albert Hall to name a few.

 

She has taught at REVEL Dance Convention, DanceMakers Inc and many international tap dance festivals. She was Dance Magazine’s Top-25-To-Watch (2014), a YoungArts Gold winner (2013), a Capezio Athlete, and recently had a LaDuca 2024 LaSale Commemorative tap shoe made in her honor, The Retro. Demi has taught tap dance internationally and earned her BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance.
